HOW TO : APPLY FOR JUDGE


Requirements :

* Experience Level 35 or higher to be candidate
* Pay 30 Golds (will receive back if elected)
* You can NOT be a minister, congressman, country president, party leader or party member.
* Can apply for judge ONLY at 1st Day of a month
* Must have Experience Level 35 or more to vote.

To be elected as judge, you need to get %75 or more votes in total vote made. Lets say there are 2 candidates, first one got 5 votes and second 1 got 1 vote. First one will be elected. If no one can reach the %75 percent, no one will be elected. To use a vote in judge elections, voter has to be 27 level or more.

Note : If no one was elected, notification will go only for the one with most votes but he wont been elected. Admin will replace the position in that country.

Judge is a special role held by 1 citizen per country. If you fill the requirements mentioned above you are able to apply during the 1st day of a month. The Judge elections take place in 2nd day of each month and if a citizen got elected the active duty of Judge starts since 3rd day of the month!

As judge you have access to 2 special laws : 50% Damage debuff to a citizen and 10x Higher Tax to a citizen! What makes Judge really unique is that those laws proposed in a form of trial.


Requirements to trial a citizen are the following :

* User who will be on trial must have citizenship of that specific country.
* Choose between 50% damage debuff (default) OR x10 Higher Tax
* If there is an active trial, judge can not start a new one.

To be able to vote in those trials you must :

* Have Experience Level 27 or higher.
* Voting lasts for 24 hours since proposal was made.
* Trial to get accepted requires 75% of votes to be YES.


Punishment effects in the game work in the following way: If user citizenship is Turkey, aggressor or defender in battles of Turkey, he will be punished %50 damage reduction for a 30 days period. For ally or hitting other countries, there wont be punishment. If user change his citizenship, debuff he got will not be activated in battles. Example:

Lets say user has -%15 reduction from the game mechanics ( surrounded etc ) and user activated new item Damage reduction wiper or else booster. User reduced his reduction to 0. If user is under punishment, then user will get -%50 reduction at last. If citizen does not activate any kind of booster or wiper then will get Punishment + game mechanics etc

When we talk about 10x higher market tax, user in specific country under the punishment will pay 10x time more than countries tax ratio on selling. Example:

If country has %1 tax, then %10 he/she will pay.
If country has %2 tax, then %20 he/she will pay.

Thank you, Im not interested for judge. because it is a serious and responsible job, but the majority abuses the position of a judge, for personal interest and malfeasance -. manipulation of the game as a whole!
