What started as a modest podcast — just a few viewers tuning in every Sunday — has grown into something much greater: a living bridge between Bulgaria and Macedonia.
Corridor 8 is no longer just a conversation. Its a community.
This weekend marked the fifth Corridor 8 gathering of the year, and it was unforgettable. No stage lights or speeches, no loud slogans or political posturing. Just people — laughing, sharing drinks, exchanging business cards, and speaking from the heart.
Among the guests were the proud descendants of historic figures like Goce Delchev and Kuzman Shapkarev, showing that heritage can unite rather than divide. Politics were left at the door — this was about people, not power.
And when politicians fail to build bridges, it is the ordinary citizens who rise — who meet, talk, and remind the world that understanding doesn’t need permission.To cap off the emotional evening, the legendary Bulgarian rock band EPIZOD gave a performance that echoed through the hearts of everyone present.
Music, much like dialogue, knows no border.
The sixth gathering? Its happening in Macedonia. Because friendship isn’t limited by lines on a map — and neither is the spirit of Corridor 8.
